I had a car accident early one morning around 7:00 a.m. and, understandably, it was a stressful situation. I tried calling both my insurance company and my broker, but because it was early, neither was available. I then called Royal Auto Collision, and Francisco answered immediately.

Within 10 minutes, I received a call from the towing company, and a replacement rental vehicle was already being arranged. Within 20 minutes from my first call, everything was taken care of.

When I arrived at the workshop, I met Richard, who went above and beyond in helping me open my insurance claim and navigate the entire process. The team handled everything—from coordinating with the insurance company and the vehicle appraiser to preparing the estimate and even arranging extensions for the replacement vehicle when needed. I didn’t have to make a single phone call or undertake any effort.

This is the best shop you could go to in Mississauga. Someone hit my Mercedes causing really bad damage to my quarter panel & I went to multiple body shops but lacked confidence with all of them repairing it properly; I ended up meeting Shadi when i went to Royal & within 5 minutes of talking to him I knew I could trust his team. After the repair my quarter panel honestly looks brand new & you would've never been able to tell it was ever damaged. Highly recommend Shadi & his team!
